Inter classes were introduced in the college in 1982. In October irst year admissions
were done. The eforts of Mr. Professor Sharif Ashraf Sahib are very much involved in the struggle of establishing this college, he was also the project director of this college. The teaching work was started temporarily in the quarters of Girls High School. Mrs. Razia Abbas Sahiba was appointed as the irst in -charge principal. In 1984-85, the present building of the Inter-College was completed in which the principal’s residence and four single suites were constructed. In the year 1989, the college was given the status of a degree college, and in the year 1992-93, an addiional building of the college was constructed for degree classes. In the year 2005, three classrooms, one Lecture Theater, college canteen and toilet block were constructed under the supervision of NLC. In the year 2010, a new multi purpose hall and water turbine and tank were also constructed on a special grant from MPA Sardar Fateh Mohammad Khan Buzdar. With the personal interest and efforts of Senior Advisor to Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa, two buses have been provided to the institution which are running on diferent routes for the students of Tehsil Taunsa Sharif and the students of College are benefitted from this facility. This has fulfilled the long standing demand of the people of the area. With the personal interests and efforts of Sardar Usman Khan Buzdar this institution was provided with daycare center from which the children of the area are benefitted. Inauguraion of BS 4 year programs is also the results of unsung efforts of Sardar Usman Khan Buzdar, which has started in the academic year 2019.
